24/7 Gym Access at ALAC

The ALAC Gym is now open 24/7 for all eligible Full and Gym/Group Fitness members. Enjoy the flexibility of training at a time that suits your lifestyle

With 24/7 access, you can build a routine that fits your schedule — early mornings, late evenings, or anywhere in between. Enjoy a spacious, modern gym with the freedom and flexibility to train when it works best for you.


Eligibility for 24/7 Access

To qualify for 24/7 gym access, members must:

  • Be 18 years or older
  • Hold a current ALAC membership (Full or Gym/Group Fitness)
  • Complete a 24/7 safety induction
  • Pay the one-off $62 24/7 access fee
  • Follow all 24/7 guidelines and ALAC policies at all times

Please note:

  • Long Live You and Go Youth members are not eligible for 24/7 access
  • Casual entry is not available for 24/7 hours — access is strictly for eligible members only

Safety Features

Your safety and security are our top priorities. The ALAC Gym has several measures in place to ensure a safe training environment during unstaffed hours, including:

  • A wall-mounted duress alarm
  • Personal safety alarms that can be carried while training after hours
  • CCTV surveillance throughout the gym, Members Hub, and car park
  • Regular monitoring of door access logs and CCTV to ensure no unauthorised entry
  • Strict enforcement of no membership sharing -each member must scan in independently and is cross checked to confirm identity.  
  • Immediate response from our security service if any alarm is triggered

These systems work together to provide peace of mind and a safe environment every time you visit.

Members have full access to a wide range of equipment at all hours, including:

  • Pin-loaded strength machines
  • Free weights
  • Plate-loaded machines
  • Cardio equipment with personal TV screens
  • Multi-frame functional training circuit

Whether you’re lifting, stretching, stepping or circuit training, the ALAC Gym offers everything you need for a safe, full-body workout.
