ALAC Gym Launch Promotion Terms & Conditions

Promotion Period

  • The promotion is valid at Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre from Sunday 15th March 2026 to Tuesday 31 March 2026.
  • Public advertising of the promotion will run from 15 March 2026 (Open Day).

Offer Inclusions

Members who purchase a new eligible membership contract during the promotional period will receive:

  • $0 Joining Fee
  • No March pro rata charges
  • Complimentary 24/7 gym access where membership type permits and following completion of required induction.
  • From 15th of March 2026, in line with ALAC’s open day; the first 50 members to sign up on a 12-month contract will receive a sign up prize, while stocks last.

Eligible Memberships

The promotion applies to:

  • 12 Month Direct Debit Memberships (Full access/Gym/Aquatic only)
  • LLY Direct Debit Memberships (no 24/7 access included)
  • Go Youth Direct Debit Memberships (no 24/7 access included)
  • Flexi Direct Debit Memberships (Full access/Gym/Aquatic only)
  • 12 Month Paid Upfront Memberships (Full access/Gym/Aquatic only)
  • 12 Month Paid Upfront LLY Memberships (no 24/7 access)
  • New memberships, returning memberships and eligible renewals

Not Eligible Memberships

The promotion does not apply to:

  • 3 Month Upfront Memberships
  • 3 Month Upfront LLY Memberships
  • 6 Month Upfront Memberships
  • Go Youth Upfront Memberships

Direct Debit Membership Conditions

  • March 2026 pro rata fees will be waived.
  • Regular scheduled direct debit payments will commence from 1 April 2026.
  • The promotional is only available when signing up in person, at Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre.
  • The promotional discount code must be applied at time of purchase, by a staff member, to receive the offer.

Upfront Membership Conditions

  • Full membership payment is required at the time of sign-up.
  • The remaining days of March 2026 will be added to the end date of the membership.
  • Membership extensions cannot be exchanged for cash or alternative benefits.
  • The promotional is only available when signing up in person, at Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre.

Renewals (12 Month Upfront Only)

  • Members renewing a 12 Month Upfront membership may choose either:
    • The remainder of March 2026 free, or
    • The standard 4-week re-sign bonus.
  • Both bonuses cannot be applied together.
  • Complimentary 24/7 access may be included if eligible and not already active.
  • The promotional is only available when signing up in person, at Albany Leisure and Aquatic Centre.

24/7 Access

  • 24/7 access is only available for membership types that ordinarily include this feature.
  • Access is subject to completion of required induction and compliance with ALAC’s 24/7 access terms.

General Conditions

  • This promotion is not transferable and not redeemable for cash.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer unless approved by management.
  • ALAC reserves the right to amend or withdraw the promotion at any time.
  • Standard membership terms and conditions apply.
