Patron Conduct

At ALAC, we are committed to providing a safe, welcoming and enjoyable environment for all patrons, visitors, members and staff. We strive to maintain clean, well-presented facilities, deliver quality services, and ensure the wellbeing of everyone using our centre. In return, we ask all patrons to treat others with courtesy, respect and consideration, and to follow staff directions, centre rules and policies. Abusive, threatening, intimidating, harassing, disruptive or violent behaviour will not be tolerated under any circumstances. ALAC reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove, any person whose behaviour negatively impacts the safety, comfort or enjoyment of others. By using our facilities and services, patrons agree to contribute to a positive and respectful community environment.
